Who are we?
Friends of CETYS Foundation is a nonprofit 501 (c)(3) tax-exempt organization based in Southern California. Founded in 2011 by CETYS University Alumni with a desire to support the efforts of their Alma Mater for the advancement of CaliBaja education and strengthen the relation of these great communities.

Why we do it?
At Friends of CETYS Foundation, we are committed to advance CaliBaja Education by supporting students and their community. We believe that every young person should have the same opportunities no matter their background or challenges this is why we work to make higher education accessible in our region. We are inspired by students that excel no matter the challenges they are facing today, they are our daily motivation!
Initiatives
Friends of CETYS Foundation supports initiatives that are fundamental for student life and contributes to their successful development.
Scholarships
8 out of 10 students in CETYS University count with a scholarship or financial aid; 11 % of their undergraduate students are from Southern California.
Infrastructure
We support CETYS University in the construction and improvement of its campuses and facilities, essential for the advancement of its mission as well as student life development.
Sports
Sports are key for the student community, extending the support is vital for the improvement of regional sports leagues and the creation of more athletic scholarships
Student Mobility
Internationalization is an important tool for student life, CETYS collaborates with different institutions around the world, including the US. This is a significant vehicle that CETYS University provides to its students so they can expand their horizons.
